Testing Anchor Links

This is the test page for anchor links bug. I’ve created the links in the native WP editor and in a module. The anchor text isn’t working in either area. The 3rd link is just #test-section-3 without the URL prefix and it doesn’t work either. The anchor links were derived from scrolling down the page to the module until the URL changed to the anchor link in the address bar. Then that link was copied and used as the anchor link URL.
